This tool has come a long way! It is now a viable solution. I was impressed to see that it recognized the extensions that a project was using and even auto-installed those. I like that it doesn't add the users so you can make all the finishing touches before they get in. The only thing I saw that seems to consistently go bad now is the area paths. I suspect a lot of this is due to a bug in the Azure DevOps UI that allows the admins to add a change the path to a parent of the original where the original has a 'include all subdirectories' setting. If you attempt to do this from the UI it would fail, if you add the root first, but you can change it later. Obviously when this tool runs, it does it sequentially, how else could you do it? The workaround for this is likely to remove the root, copy, then put the root bak in, but we'll see about that later. Overall, this tool is amazing! It takes a task that would have been weeks/months and turns it into days.
